The machine arrived in perfect condition, only the machine arrived without the stamping rollI had unpacked my press however it was supposed to come with two rolls of foil but it did not.I am so glad I bought the ZS-110 Upgrade (machine only). It was so easy to assemble and easy to use. It comes with a booklet showing you what temperature to set for different materials. The upgrade model comes with the wooden t-slot which I think is GREAT because you don't want to be touching the brass holder when they're hot. You can also remove the bottom layer of the heating plate for your customized stamps. It comes with positioning plates, and the long positioning plate makes positioning my leather perfectly. I did not screw in the foil paper holder because I think by using it, you end up wasting so much foil paper (and they are expensive!). I just cut my foil paper according to how much I need. No waste. Also, I purchased the stand alone machine without the brass letters because it gives you only 1 set of uppercase and lowercase letters. And you know that just won't work when you need 2 of the same letters. Instead I bought the 184 letters set and I couldn't be more happier.I am still waiting for the missing letters j and r from the lower case letters. I ordered an extra set of letters and extra letter holders for the machine. You will need three letter sets in order to use multiple words on one line. You are looking at 375. dollars above the machine cost. Letter sets from other companies will not work in the letter holders from zonesun. I have the embossing letter set from Tandy leather co. but they don't match up. You will also need a separate aluminum heat plate made with just a flat side if you are going to glue on different shape figures, logos, etc. I have not received the extra letter sets and holders yet. As I stated earlier on I am still waiting for the missing letters from the order of the machine. If I do not get the full set of letters I will have to send everything back. It is trivial to do but I will have no choice. Without the letters the machine is useless.We purchased the embossing machine that does the job, however, I have made several attempts to email Zonepack for additional fonts and have not heard back. If we don't receive information on ordering additional font sizes we will probably be returning the machine. Makes me sad, but I need to know that we have support from the company we purchased the product from.The machine not sure what happens, but it’s not working properly. Whenever you stamp or imprint on something the whole heating block pushes up. It has no resistance. Please be clear and concise when it comes to the machine usage, because it is not functioning properly at all. I did all ways, just didn’t work properly. Please fix this machine. I will order another type that works which is the 90 one. Hasn’t given me any issues as this upgraded one has, way betterI had one part arrive broken and another part is not in the box. I am waiting to hear back from someone who can fix these issues..Great, the measurement displayed are wrong. So I custom ordered an entire brass set to the WRONG size because they can't evnen take the time to measure the most important part properly.Also came with a missing screw for the guide. Its NOT 12mm, it's 10.5mm.
