I bake lots of cakes and cheesecakes for people's birthdays at work (at least I did in the "before" times). I love using pre-cut parchment and have found these to work great. Easy to get apart, easy to get the food out of the pan. Cheesecakes slide off their base with no problem.I seldom use these for my air fryer, which is why I bought them. For me, they tend to fly all over the air fryer and dump the food on the side, which any sheet would do. But the reason I'm giving them 5 stars is because I have found that they are fantastic to make individual pizzas on. I use a baking steel to cook my pizzas and a pizza peel to load the pizzas onto the extremely hot baking steel. I was having trouble getting the pizzas to slide off the peel until I started using these under the pizzas. Now my pizzas easily slide off the peel like a charm and when cooked the hot pizzas slide right back onto the peel for removal from the oven. No more burning myself trying to unload and reload pizzas on the 500° steel.After making a few multilayer cakes I finally said enough of the tracing and cutting out of parchment rounds - an extra step when you're covered in butter or flour and balancing a million other things in the kitchen, they never turn out the perfect size and you try to fix them up, etc. Do yourself a favor and make your life a little easier with these perfectly round precut parchment sheets. So easy to slip into your pan, fits great, comes easily off the cake when you flip it out, and at my rate of baking it will last me many years.This is a good deal for the price. 100 pieces for this price is a steal. However, the size is larger than advertised and the paper is a bit thin. The thin paper doesn’t impact the baking, but the larger size can sometimes make the cake a little dented from the side.Absolutely wonderful. I prefer these over the ones with holes because these make cleanup a breeze. I fold the edge to make a half inch lip around it and I can simply hold it to pull the contents out of my air fryer without any mess. Afterwards I just wipe the 3.7 Air Fryer with a wet wipe because it is practically completely clean thanks to this parchment paper. NOTHING sticks. I love these. We Use them all the time.I used to line my cake pans. Saved me the tedious job of cutting of wax paper.I have many 9 inch cake pans, none of them are fit this paper, too big, every time you have to cut it. I don’t like that! Won’t buy it anymore.The 9" rounds are PERFECT to place on bottom of the Ninja Foodi 6.5 QT cooker when using the Air Fryer feature. NO MESS
